At OnePartnerGroup, we are currently seeking an administrator for hire to Statkraft in Laholm. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and developing environment where you play an important role in daily operations. As an administrator, you will work in a supportive function at Statkraft. The position is a rental, which means you will be employed full-time by OnePartnerGroup Halland and rented out to the client.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Invoice management and administration in several different systems
• Coordination of meetings and training
• Mail handling and office purchases
• Internal communication

To thrive in this role, you are administratively inclined and have experience with similar tasks. You are self-driven and enjoy handling many varied tasks of different kinds. You have good system experience and are used to working in different systems.

• Have post-secondary education
• Hold a B driver's license
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English

Previous experience with archive, document, or information management as well as work in Public 360 and/or SAP is an advantage.
